Students Empowerment Program
Preparing students for the workplace is one of the main objectives of iSEP program. Research data reveals that most graduates do not possess the basic 21st century world of work skills and soft skills that have become a pressing need in the current scenario.
We need to now prepare students adequately for the workplace and the practical world. This project seeks to address that need by outlining and implementing a Going Global platform for the next generation to explore the academic, business & culture of UK.
Some students have a better business sense than others. They are the ones who will be better suited to run their own, independent businesses in the future. GTEP thus offers them the platform to explore entrepreneurship content.

Faculty Development Program
Faculty Development Program focusses on employability skills training and certification to prepare the students for the world of work. It is the role of educational institutions to not only teach the students their subjects but also prepare them for the world of work.
This project addresses that requirement by establishing various faculty exchange programs that enlighten them about Employability, 21st century work skills, and application of education and interventions in practical work life. Thus, faculty members enjoy knowledge and skills sharing, enabling them to impart more global and practical skills and knowledge to the students, to be more competitive in the age of globalization.
