About GTEP

Global Training Education Program (GTEP) is an organization dedicated to empowering the youth with the best global practices, leveraging professional network and honing skills critical to success in the 21^st century world of work.

GTEP strives to bridge the gap between education and workforce. For this reason, the organization is affiliated with a gamut of renowned british trainers to provide training to both faculty members and students of different Government universities in india (the first Pilot Project has already taken shape and gained momentum in the state of Gujarat) with the vision of nurturing these students into becoming astute global employees.

GTEP’s overarching objective is to shape young individuals and support their employability in the 21^st Century Global Workforce.

Increasing changes in the global economy, nature of businesses and jobs has reshaped the professional framework of the 21st century. These swift changes over the last several decades have in turn impacted the very nature of careers, competencies and skills required by the youth to strive and succeed in the new global workplace. This change calls for a revision in the Education and Life skills narrative for the bright and young minds.

It is to address this essential call, that I initiated GTEP in the year 2016. The wheels of this signature project-GTEP, however, started churning months before since it involved validation from the esteemed Governments of both UK and India.

At GTEP UK, we believe in ‘Education Beyond Geographical Boundaries’ which is all encompassing and Global, both in approach and in output. We strongly believe that Applied Education can bridge the gap between academics and the modern world of work.

We constantly endeavour to inspire and motivate young minds so as to maximise their productivity and channelize their energies positively and efficiently by enhancing their skills through experiential training by expert mentors and facilitators from both, UK and India.

With a backdrop understanding that we operate in a globally connected world, GTEP has created a resource pool of Trainers and Faculty members from UK and India dedicated to realize and recognize the needs of the global workforce and thereby transform these needs into an experiential training programme.

It is this collaboration of Governments supporting and exchange for professional cultures through a rigorously chartered trajectory divided into phases that gives GTEP a cut above the array of soft skills programmes in the industry today.

As Dalai Lama rightly put it, "when Educating the Minds of our Youth, We must Not forget to Educate their Hearts." This is why GTEP-UK works on Empathy and Resilience in addition to developing critical and analytical thinking, collaboration and communication skills of the dynamic youth it works with.

Training Phases of GTEP

The 21^st Century dawned as the beginning of a Digital Age where work scenarios are beginning to have a culture of meritocracy, a flexible environment, diverse and progressive workforce and empowering technology. This phenomenon indicates a need to support the existing education system with the fundamental four pillars of learning suggested by UNESCO to prepare a student for the 21^st Century World.

The GTEP team meticulously and rigorously trains lecturers, assessors and internal verifiers involved in the Training programs.
